Fund Administration Services

  • Maintenance of the Company’s financial books and records, including the register of the Company’s investors;
  • Acceptance and processing of withdrawal requests, disbursement of payments to Investors upon permissible withdrawals, and arrangement of the necessary wires from the Company;
  • Reconciliation of bank, custodian and futures commission merchant cash, security and futures accounts;
  • Preparation of “official” monthly net asset value (“NAV”) and monthly valuation reports and communication to Investors;
  • Calculation of the month-end capital account balance of each Investor;
  • Preparation of the Company’s periodic financial reports and annual statements for audit;
  • Liaise, as necessary, with the Company’s Manager, banks, custodians, futures commission merchants and other brokers, auditors and Investors;
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Trial Balance Report, General Ledger and Statement of Changes in Partners’ Capital, Investor Reports, Performance Reports and such other reports as the parties may mutually agree upon;
  • Electronic Distribution/Archiving of Investor Statements – At the election of the Company, Stonegate will distribute investor statements and other information via email;
  • Calculation of the management fee and allocation of the performance allocation in accordance with Company agreements;
  • Communication with Investors as reasonably necessary in connection with the foregoing; and performance of other administrative and clerical services necessary in connection with the administration of the Company.
